Walkthrough
- 1Find Myurdin's whereabouts by following markers up Silverwolf Mountain from Pailune
- 2Reach the mountain path and use Nature's Grasp to lift the locked gate
- 3Follow the path deeper into the castle interior
- 4Watch the cutscene with your comrades at the mountain top
- 5Climb the ladder to initiate the boss fight with Myurdin
- 6Phase 1: Parry his first two sweeps, watch for the red-glint unparryable third swing
- 7If Myurdin drops to all fours, jump then use Force Palm, then activate Wings to stay airborne
- 8Phase 2: Dodge lava-based attacks and maintain stamina for consistent evasion
- 9Defeat Myurdin to receive the Melted Ambition sword
Tips
- Bring 100+ Grilled Meat — this is the toughest fight in Chapter 7 and food healing is unlimited
- Myurdin's three-hit sweep pattern: first two hits are parryable, the third swing has a red glint and cannot be parried
- After parrying two hits, you get a two-second punish window to deal damage
- When he drops to all fours and summons bears, jump and use Force Palm immediately, then activate Wings to avoid ground attacks
- Phase 2 is less dangerous than Phase 1 — focus on stamina management and dodging lava attacks
- Blinding Flash with Force Palm finisher is highly effective for dealing damage and control
