- 1Travel to Scholastone Institute after completing the previous quest
- 2Locate Dean Grundir on the bridge — he wears a blue robe and stands near the entrance area
- 3If the dean refuses to talk, equip the Scholastone Uniform to enable conversation
- 4Speak with the dean to initiate the meeting
- 5Follow him as he moves through the institute
- 6Listen as he introduces you to Octavius in the plaza
- 7After the meeting cutscene completes, you must wait 24 hours (real time or fast travel)
- 8Return to the institute area to proceed to the next quest Gate to the Otherworld
Tips
- Dean Grundir wears a blue robe — scan the bridge area to locate him quickly
- Equip Scholastone Uniform if dialogue options don't appear
- This quest has a mandatory 24-hour wait period before the next phase unlocks
- Use fast travel or sleep to skip the waiting time and proceed faster
