- 1Travel to Goldleaf Merchant Guild and investigate the merchants
- 2Speak with the nun requesting help near the guild
- 3Head southeast to Unicorn Cliff where the healer's house is burning
- 4Use Nature's Grasp to remove burnt logs blocking the door
- 5Enter the burning building and rescue Marten — 2-minute timer
- 6Travel to Hernand Highlands and defeat bandits holding Hubert
- 7Rescue Hubert the Healer from captivity
- 8Defeat Shakatu's soldiers when approaching his camp
- 9Speak with Shakatu — he'll ask you to defeat Hornsplitter
- 10Return to Unicorn Cliff and defeat Kailok the Hornsplitter
Tips
- Unlock and upgrade your dodge and parry skills — essential for Kailok's melee attacks
- Stock up on healing potions before facing Kailok — the fight is lengthy
- Kailok uses long-range wind slashes — keep moving to dodge them
- Red-glint attacks can be countered with Force Palm — watch for the visual cue
- Clear the path to the burning house quickly — 2-minute timer is tight
- Ride past bandits in Hernand Highlands if you're low health — you only need to reach Hubert
- Build stagger on Kailok by chaining kicks and shield attacks together
