Walkthrough
- 1Go to Hernand Tavern south of your tent and enter
- 2Speak to the guard at the table and challenge him to arm wrestling
- 3Mash your button (Square/X) repeatedly to win the arm wrestling match
- 4Leave the tavern and find the old beggar — give him a coin
- 5Open the trapdoor under the beggar and descend into the sewers
- 6Turn on your Lantern for visibility and jump across falling platforms
- 7Help the Noble in distress — receive a Sealed Letter
- 8Exit sewers and go to the distressed couple's house at town outskirts
- 9Grab and equip the broom from by their door
- 10Climb the roof via boxes at the back and clean the chimney
- 11Return to town and speak to the child in a green hood
- 12Climb the roof where the child points you and chase the cat Jiji
- 13Carry the cat when it stops and return it to the child
- 14Pick up the Shai's Pendant left behind after completion
Tips
- Spam Square/X button rapidly to win the arm wrestling — no skill needed
- Beggar's coin triggers a transformation: Shabby Key becomes Hernadian Attire unlock
- Sewer has Sealed Abyss Artifacts — use Lantern to navigate dark areas
- Hernadian Attire required to enter Hernand Castle — required for future quests
- All five sub-quests must complete before advancing; order is flexible
