**Location:** Hidden behind a spinning wall panel under the bridge. Using the grab of Axiom Force and casting Force Palm with spin you to the other side of the panel. Area appears to be phased as a sort of sanctuary zone and you need to be in combat with the city guards to be able to use Force Palm.
